서비스 개요
(주)루젠에스씨아이만의 고유 형질전환 기술을 이용한 레트로바이러스 생산 시스템이며 VSV-G 또는 Eco pseudo-envelop type으로 고객의 요구에 맞춰 제작 가능합니다. 레트로바이러스는 렌티바이러스처럼 영구적으로 유전자를 도입하는 시스템이지만 렌티바이러스와 달리 분열하지 않는 세포는 감염시키지 못하는 특징이 있습니다.
